PEACH JAM JUBILEE GUIDELINES

TIMES AND LOCATION:
The jubilee will be held in downtown Clanton, Alabama
around the courthouse square.
* Set-up will be that afternoon beginning at approximately
2:00pm.
* Take down is scheduled from 10:00pm to 11:00pm. Exhibitors should remain open during the
entire duration of the jubilee. If an
exhibitor leaves before closing, they will not be invited to future
jubilees. A determination of canceling
the jubilee in case of bad weather will be announced by noon on the 24th. No refunds will be given.
ENTRY:
An exhibitor is any individual, club, non-profit
organization, church or business.
* No re-sale of booth space by an exhibitor is
allowed. If the person whose
application is accepted is unable to attend, the space reverts to the Peach Jam
Jubilee Committee.
* Entry fees per space are $40.00 without electricity and $50.00
with electricity, Chilton County Chamber of Commerce members will need to
contact the Chamber office to discuss a special Chamber rate. If
you would like to be an exclusive vendor for a particular product/beverage you
will need to add an extra $40.00 to your booth space fee. Entry fees must be submitted with
application by May 27, 2005.
Cancellations will be accepted prior to April 22, 2005; money will not
be refunded for cancellations received after April 22, 2005.
* IN ORDER TO BE
CONSIDERED AS A EXHIBITOR A PICTURE AND DESCRIPTION OF YOUR BOOTH MUST
ACCOMPANY YOUR APPLICATION, A COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW ALL APPLICATIONS. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE COMMITTEE ARE
FINAL.
* Any booth or activity deemed inappropriate for the
jubilee by the Peach Jam Jubilee Committee will be asked to leave.
FOOD:
Food vendors must contact the Health Department for permit,
205.755.1287. A valid food permit from
the Health Department must be displayed.
Electric hook-ups will be available.
* Peach Jam Jubilee has exclusive rights for soft drinks and water, no vendor may sell soft drinks or water. Vendors may sell tea, coffee, smoothies, etc.
SPACE:
* Booth spaces are approximately 10 x 10. Should your booth be larger than 10 x 10 you
will need to rent the extra booth space, no exceptions will be made.
PROMOTION:
* Peach Jam Jubilee Committee will advertise over a period
of several months in local, state and regional magazines, newspapers, radio and
television.
